    About Electronics Calibration Lab Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd., Avionics Division

    Avionics Division of the Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) is a unit dedicated to the design and testing of aviation electronics to aid the defense services of our country. It has developed various systems such as radio altimeter and automatic direction finder that have been qualified, flight-tested and inducted into various MIG aircrafts. It has various departments that deal with Hybrid Manufacturing, Computer Aided Designing, CNC Machining, Plastic Moulding, Antenna Testing, Environmental Testing and Instrument Calibration. Its Electronic Calibration Lab is located in Korwa, Uttar Pradesh. It helps précising the accuracy of the instruments and various electronic systems with the help of high-class calibrators using standard protocols.
