    About Energy Meter Lab, Training Institute, APGENCO

    Energy Meter Lab, Training Institute, APGENCO has been functioning since 2001 and is located at Ibrahimpatnam, Andhra Pradesh. This Energy Meter Lab has been set up by APGENCO, i.e., Andhra Pradesh Power Generation Corporation Limited, and is involved in the calibration of Energy Meters of all APGENCO power stations. This Energy Meter lab belongs to the Training Institute of APGENCO for Training and Human Resources Development in the Power and Energy Sector. Energy Meter Lab, Training Institute offers Electro-Technical Calibration services for measuring Three Phase Active & Reactive Energy or Power using instruments such as Portable Reference Standard using PRS 400.3 and Direct Method using PTS 400.3 (MTE). This lab is recognized by APDISCOMs and APTRANSCO as a third-party laboratory for Calibration of Energy Meters and has been accredited with ISO/IEC 17025: 2005 by NABL.
