    Standards Laboratory(ELE), Bharat Dynamics Limited, located in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, is a Government of India Enterprise under the Ministry of Defense which was established in 1970. It is a manufacturing hub for Guided Missiles and Allied Defense Equipment, which produced the 1st Generation Anti-Tank Guided Missile(ATGM)- the French SS11B1. Standards Laboratory (ELE) provides Electro-Technical Calibration for quantities such as DC Voltage, DC Current, AC Voltage, AC Current, Resistance, Frequency, Inductance, Capacitance, Temperature Stimulation using K-Type, J-Type, and T-type Thermocouples, and RTDs, Oscilloscope for Amplitude and DC Signal, Sine Wave Signal, Square Wave Signal, Bandwidth, Time Meter, RF Power. Developing Human Resources, establishing In-House Training Centre, initiating Cost Reduction processes, promotion of Industrial Safety, Environment cleanliness, Zero Effluent Discharge, Systematic Management are some of their achievements. Standards Laboratory (ELE), Bharat Dynamics Limited has been accredited with AS 9100C Aerospace Quality Management System Certificate, ISO 9001: 2008 Quality Management System Certificate, ISO/IEC 17025: 2005 NABL Certificate for the Electro-Technical discipline of Electonic Measuring Equipment.
