ALPHA LABORATORY SERVICES was established to provide chemical and mechanical testing services to a range of clients. It is located in Shapar (Veraval), Rajkot, Gujarat, India. The major services provided are chemical testing of Metal and their alloys such as, Carbon & Low Alloy Steel, Stainless Steel, Cast Iron, Copper & Its Alloys, Nickel & Its Alloys. Tests performed are for Mn, Cr, Mo, Al, Si, Mn, Al, Co, Nb, W, N, Sn, Pb, Zn, etc. Tests of mechanical in nature are also performed with precision. Mechanical tests are Tensile testing, Bend Test, Hardness Testing, Microstructure Testing, Microstructure Examination, Bearing Material Analysis, Macro Examination, Classification of Structure for Ferrous & Non Ferrous Materials & Alloys and Corrosion Test (IGC test) of Ferritic, austenitic and duplex stainless steel.
