Central Lab, Innovation Centre, Mother Dairy Fruit and Vegetable (P) LTD. was established as a wholly owned subsidiary of the National Dairy Development Board (NDDB), in the year 1974. In the present date, Mother Dairy has spread its reach to a whole new level of milk products like ice creams, paneer, ghee, and other cultured products, apart from their mainstream business of selling top-quality milk. Because of the high-class quality of the products of Mother Diary, it has long been the favorite of many people when it comes to milk or dairy-related products. At their central laboratory, which is located in New Delhi, they perform both chemical and biological testing on all their products, before handing them out to the market. The types of biological testing being carried out by Mother Diary on their wide range of products like liquid milk, flavored milk, milkshakes, UHT milk, dahi, lassi, yoghurt, sweetened dahi, ice-cream, table butter or white butter, cheese, paneer, khoya, dried products, etc. This is an ISO/IEC 17025:2005 accredited laboratory.
