    About Centre for Materials for Electronics Technology (C-MET), Analytical Division

    It is an autonomous organisation under department of information technology the government of India dedicated for research on materials used in electronic instruments. The R&D program is focussing on areas like integrated electronic packaging, nanomaterials, ultra-high purity materials, sensors and actuators, materials for renewable energy and indigenisation of space material. It offers services like consultation and analysis for improving product yield, technical data interpretation, etc. Analysis of water, soil, sludge, hazardous waste, sewage, air and textile residue quality control of pharmaceutical drug trace, analysis of organic contamination on surface food, elucidation of damages, clinical tests, synthesis and application of radioactive substances, etc., are among the other services. The organisation is very efficient and technologically enhanced.
