The entire 600 MW that is being produced at the coal power plant is provided to all the consumers who fall under its license area. The chemical laboratory of Vidarbha Industries Power Limited is NABL accredited and is well-equipped with various state of the art equipment. Chemical testing like ash testing, fixed carbon testing, gross calorific value testing, moisture content, volatile particles, etc., is performed on coke, coal, lube oil, and other solid and liquid fuels.
