    Elecon Engineering is a testing enterprise dealing with two disciplines namely chemical and mechanical which started out in the year 1974 in Anand, Gujarat. The organisation started out as a gear manufacturing industry which later in due course of time expanded over to provide testing facilities of ferrous and aluminium metal alloys. It undertakes tests of metallography to determine microstructure, inclusion and grain size and metallic properties tests to know hardness, tensile and impact effects, load effect along with v and u notch. The chemical tests re done on cast iron, stainless steel and aluminium alloys to determine the contents of alloys. Its marketing includes an extensive chain of both buyers and suppliers. The corporate expansion has already taken place in all over the country and has its overseas offices at places such as Dubai and Singapore.
