    About Electro Kleen System- Laboratory Division

    Electro Kleen Systems is a 25 year old name in the periphery of smart and reliable lab assistance. And for the same, it has earned accreditation from NABL and other important international bodies. At Electro Kleen System, the scientists believe in testing the blood of the machine to check for its wellbeing, and by blood we mean lubricants and oils that run the machine. The oil tested for, are hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, thermic fluid, quenching oil, engine oil and gear box oil. At Electro Kleen System, oil analysis involves: Oil sampling: Samples are taken from turbulent areas in the power pack or from the return line. Oil testing: The sample oil is then tested in accordance with ASTM / BIS procedures. Data interpretations from readings: The readings culled from sample tests are also analysed. The lab is also featured to perform thermographic tests for detection of faulty components in electrical and mechanical system before their breakdown thus resolving 30-40 % of maintenance fallacies. Thus winning accreditation from ASNT. Also the lab can perform vibration tests.
