    Jindal Steel and Power holds a dominant position in domains of steel, power, mining and infrastructure. Its objective is not just to gain and satisfy client base through its work commitments but also to compensate the society and environment for the resources it has utilized. For that it has established an exclusive department which adds value to the environment, called the Environment Management Department. A laboratory facility is set up as a part of this department in Chhattisgarh. This lab is equipped with latest machineries and instruments and is primarily into chemical testing of waste water, air, atmosphere and gases and environment monitoring services.
