    About Goa State Pollution Control Board Laboratory

    Goa State Pollution Control Board was constituted long ago in the year 1988, under the Water Act. The motive behind its inception was to prevent pollution and minimize its harmful impacts. It has undertaken numerous initiative since it began, one of them was establishing a testing facility. The facility is equipped with state of the art modern technological developments to undertake chemical tests on subjects. Subject of tests precisely encompasses drinking water, well water, borewell water, spring water and river water. The laboratory facility has aided pollution prevention initiative to very large extent through it technologies and dire workforce commitment.
