    About Indian Plywood Industries Research and Training Institute

    Indian Plywood Industries Research and Training Institute (IPIRTI) was formed in 1962 as a cooperative research laboratory under the umbrella of Council of Scientific and Industrial Research. The Center is fully equipped with mechanical, biological and chemical laboratories for testing of products as per relevant National and International Standards. It also offers special services like fire door testing and extension services. The institute provides technical services to the members of the industry on priority basis . It is also under the surveillance of many scientists who visit the institute on a regular basis and advice on enhancing and upgrading the productivity of the laboratory.
