    Jalan Hallmarking centre has its main office of operation in Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi. Started out in 1969 the jewellery brand has succeeded in establishing their own centre of testing the purity of gold and silver, alloying and hallmarking. The tests performed are purity test by fire assay of gold alloys and volumetric potentiometric method for silver alloys. The assaying and hallmarking is recognized by Govt. of India. The testing force is trained at Birmingham assay office, England. First the ornaments are analysed under x-ray fluorescent screens to ensure homogeneity and then undergo assaying like the fastest x-ray spectrometry analysis and the most authentic and accurate fire assay. The Jalan’s is a reliable and ever growing organisation of current times.
