    Central Institute of Plastics Engineering and Technology (CIPET) under department of Plastic & Petrochemicals, Government Of India, established an R & D wing named Laboratory for Advanced Research in Polymeric Materials (LARPM), to conduct qualitative research in the growing areas of polymeric Materials. The laboratory is settled in Bhubaneswar, equipped with trendy Infrastructure and Instrumentation facilities to contribute in the development of Polymer Science. LARPM plays a crucial role to fill the gap between Industry & Academics through commercialization. It acts as a Catalyst to accomplish global standards and making students more competant & capable to relate the studied concepts to the Industry. The main idea behind is proper utilization of Education for Biopolymer, Fuel Cells, Polymer Nanocomposites, Carbon Nanotubes, Polymer Blends & Alloys and E-Waste Recycling.
