PROFILE MLS, a Proprietary firm, was established in the year 1976 to offer services in the field of testing & Characterisation of materials to various industries. With effect from 01.03.2005, the Management of the Laboratory has been taken over by M/S Essen & Co under the deed of licence dated 01.03.2005. Dr. J.Rajaram (Director Essen & Co) is the Chief executive of MLS. MLS is considered as one of the leading Laboratories in the region serving Engineering and General Industries of Karnataka and other States. It is needless to emphasize the importance of testing of Raw Materials, finished products and quality of processes such as Electroplating, Heat Treatment etc., which needs various tests. MLS renders services to various industries in the field of material testing by Chemical Analysis, Mechanical, Metallurgical and non-destructive methods to help the industries to keep up their quality standards. MLS has an infrastructure of qualified and experienced Managerial & Technical staff in the analytical field of material testing which includes Chemical, Mechanical and Metallurgical tests etc. They aim to serve the Industries / Organizations to the best of their ability so that the quality of products produced by them meet the laid down standards of their client's requirements. They assure prompt and effective services reliable test results carried out in compliance with International Standard ISO / IEC / 17025 : 2005. Mascot Laboratory Services plan to further diversify and expand facilities so as to widen their Customer base & fully cater to their needs in these areas.
