In 1926 it commenced its bus services and from then, it has been the lifeline of the city. Serving transportation services in the populated city such as Mumbai, without defaulting can be attributed to the committed workforce and standard quality of parts and products. Superior quality of products has been established by the company through setting up a testing facility in which caters testing service to the components and utilities required in superlative service provision. It has installed its testing facility in Mumbai itself, which is equipped with state of the art technologically advanced instruments. Electrical tests are conducted on materials relevant to their services like lamps, luminaries, switchgears and protective equipment and transformers, insulating oils and other things. This testing facility is commonly referred to as the Material testing and Standards Departments, since it operates in the aegis of the Best Undertakings, it has to ensure quality of the products are up to the acceptable standards.
