Metallurgical Testing Centre the unit of Joneja Bright Steels Pvt. Ltd. perform stringent quality checks at each step; from the procurement of raw material to the manufacturing, till the dispatch. They also perform a wide variety of chemical and mechanical testing like ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle inspection, chemical analysis by wet method, corrosion test on paints and surface coatings, mechanical properties like tensile test, hardness test, metallography test like estimation of average grain size by various methods, determining the carburization depth by microscopic method, and much more. Metallurgical Testing Centre is a NABL accredited laboratory and has received ISO/TS 16949:2009 and ISO/IEC 17025:2005 certification.
