    About MSME Testing Centre (Delhi)

    Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises was established by the Government of India, started initially for four testing centres in the metro cities - Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai and Chennai. Considering the main objective to improve quality at the southern part of India, MSME-Chennai was settled at Guindy, Chennai in 1974. MSME DI, Chennai assists existing and prospective entrepreneurs by providing techno-managerial consultancy services and training in various areas. To support the Chennai centre, Coimbatore and Tuticorin with an attached Workshop at Tirunelveli were established in the year 1984. Additionally, concerned about the field of growth of Micro Small and Medium businesses, contributory training and practice was started. Further, MSME Testing Centres are also involved in providing testing facilities in Chemical, Mechanical, Thermal, Electro-Technical, Pesticide, Microbiology, radionucliide and Electrical Testing.
