    About Mumbai Waste Management Limited, Laboratory

    Mumbai Waste Management restricted (MWML), Taloja, Dist. Raigad belongs to Ramky cluster and began its operations in October 2002 as a world category Treatment, Storage, Disposal Facility (CHWTSDF) to manage unsafe & Bio Medical waste disposal. The project was awarded by Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC) to Ramky cluster through world tendering and concerning is ready abreast of a part of about 100 acres. The facility has Temporary waste stores, defiant waste stores, Secured lowland, Stabilization/treatment facility and furnace with 100% power backup facilities. Transportation of unsafe & Bio Medical Waste is organized by MWML which facilitates specially designed vehicles. The facility is provided with a Hi-Tech laboratory facultative comprehensive analysis of solid waste, water and waste water. it's well equipped with all subtle instruments needed for the analysis prescribed by governing authorities. The laboratory monitors sporadically the bottom water, surface water, air, noise, soil and stack emissions at intervals its premises. MWML is certified for being a top quality management system as per ISO 9001:2008, surroundings Management System as per ISO 14001:2004 and activity Health and Safety Management System as per OHSAS 18001:2007 commonplace.
