    About Product Proving Laboratory – Tata Toyo Radiator Ltd.

    Tata Toyo Ltd., a joint venture between Tata AutoComp Systems, T. RAD and Mitsubishi was established in 1998, Pune, Maharashtra. The company specialises in In-house design and engineering, Prototype development, Product/system testing and validation and Proprietary software for thermal design of heat exchangers. A dedicated R&D centre is functional at MIDC Bhosari Pune, recognised by the Government of India, Department of Scientific and Industrial Research for innovation and indigenous R&D work. The Pune unit manufactures In-house CFD analysis Composites, Plastics, Radiators, Suspensions, Plastics, Stampings, Mirrors , GS, PBL and Washer Systems, Electronics, Exhaust Systems, Batteries and Seatings System. The company offers the following testing services- Fan-Motor Testing, Radiator & Heater core, Vibration Testing, Thermal Cycle, Hydraulic Burst Pressure testing, Internal Corrosion, Pressure Cycle for Intercooler, Condenser, Metallurgical Microscope, Salt Spray Millipore testing, Moisture content testing, Pressure Cap Endurance testing and Air /LLC Aging. The Product Proving Laboratory at Pune is NABL accredited.
