RFRAC is an international knowledge resource and multidisciplinary facility. They have a reservoir of IGNOU (RFRAC as Study Center, UP) PG Diploma Food Safety experts. The specialists also provide construction, cold chain facilities, HRD coaching, skill growth coaching, preparation for the implementation of food safety, hygiene & hygiene instruction to meal park employees who are involved in food production and meat products. They also give specialists in the creation of Mega Food Park initiatives. Following the FSSAI Plan, the RFRAC is a designated nodal agency for this purpose, as required in the FSSAI Act.

• To create the Nodal Laboratory for meat in northern India Regional Food Research and Analysis Centre.
• This laboratory will help to implement the future Integrated Food Laws.
• Developing the workshop as a landmark in meat experimentation and R&D worldwide.
