To achieve efficient family center, main hygiene centers are to be converted gradually in the context of the program. Their task is to prevent, regulate and manage communicable, non-communicable and lifestyle diseases, disaster management, a healthy environment without pollution, to nurture a public spirit in identifying hygiene requirements and to promote social facilities through multiple National Health Programmes. Their view is a healthcare system that is appropriate to everyone, accessible and appropriate.
