    UniStar Environment and Research Labs, established in 2003 provides environmental services, chemical testing and research and pollution control. It has a well-equipped plant in Vapi, Gujarat for providing these services. This firm provides chemical testing on ambient air quality monitoring, liquid effluents, waste, ground/surface water, drinking/industrial water, soil, noise etc. Few of the tests which these materials undergo are particulate matter, suphur dioxide, ammonical nitrogen, cadmium, chromium, mercury, conductivity, pH, moisture, acidity, dissolved oxygen, odour, colour, iron, noise ambient, noise source tests etc. Also this lab provides biological testing on waste material including both domestic and industrial waste water, drinking water, distilled water, ground water etc. Few of the tests performed on these materials are presence-absence coliform test, test for E.Coli, standard plate method for total bacteria count etc. The lab undertakes projects for installing Environmental Pollution Control System in the area of Waste Water Treatment.
