    The Welspun India Limited was started in the year 1985 at Vapi, Gujarat. Apart from Vapi, Welspun India Limited has also set up another manufacturing unit in India at Anjar, Gujarat, in 2005. In the year 2011, Welspun India Limited won the highest number of texprocil awards. The Vapi and Anjar branches of Welspun are the holders of Asia’s largest completely vertically integrated lines in farm-to-finish production. They provide end-to-end integration from spinning to finishing for all their products like towels, bath rugs or mats, area rugs, bathrobes, bed sheets, utility bedding, and fashion bedding. They also provide various mechanical and chemical testing facilities for fabrics like absorbency of textiles, colorfastness to light testing, color fastness to seawater testing, colorfastness to crocking (rotary vertical and textile floor), surface water absorption, pH of aqueous extracts, colorfastness to light, and much more.
